The biggest barrier to success for any organization is cash-flow. I've successfully and consistently helped my clients break those barriers.

When I built my sustainable funding model in 1995, I predominantly used it in for-profit sector. I helped them to diversify their income streams and create a sustainable funding foundation so they were adequately supported throughout each season of their business.

During this time, I was also sitting on the Board of a number of amazing nonprofits.

I couldn't help but notice that many of the challenges my small businesses were facing were happening in the nonprofit world as well.

These really great organizations with amazing missions were having a hard time securing funding.

They weren't getting grants that they desperately needed (and were qualified for) - and I couldn't understand why! So, in 2008, I introduced my income stream model to the nonprofit world.

Utilizing this model, I started securing awards right away. I knew I was onto something.

Now I help 100's of businesses AND nonprofits each year implement a strong & sustainable funding foundation so they never have to worry about where their next dollar is coming from.
